As part of the Minnesota Department of Education accountability system, legislation was passed in 2013 requiring all Minnesota school districts to develop a Comprehensive achievement and Cvic Readiness plan that is supported by the Minnesota Department of Education and St. Francis Area Schools, Independent School District 15.
