Mark Stillman specializes in the accordion folk music of many cultures, including Eastern European, Greek, Celtic, French and Italian. He is a classically-trained percussionist, a self-taught accordionist who learned much of his repertoire through his travels. Stillman has been a featured soloist with the Minnesota Orchestra, Minneapolis Pops Orchestra, played on Prairie Home Companion, and more. Stillman has been performing for almost 50 years.

The Swinging Country Band, Bill Jordan, Jeff Zappa, Greg Donovan, and vocalist Phyllis Hummel will perform the Grand Ole Opry show. Get ready for a concert featuring songs from George Jones, Conway Twitty, Kitty Wells, Loretta Lynn, Hank Williams Sr. and Hank William Jr., along with many more. The Swinging Country Band was inducted into the Mid America Hall of Fame in 2010. Phyllis Hummel has been inducted into the South Dakota Country Music Hall of Fame and has performed at the South Dakota State Fair many times.

They perform smooth jazz, pop music from the 50s and 60s, swing, gospel, and many original compositions. The duo has been performing in the Twin Cities and throughout the United States for more than 23 years.
"The Stringman" Paul Imholte

If it has strings, Paul Imholte probably plays it. Known as The Stringman, he plays nearly a dozen folk instruments. Imholte will present a program of traditional Celtic, American and original music. A master of the hammered dulcimer, Imholte is a huge proponent of introducing this somewhat rare and enchanting instrument to audiences across the Midwest. On the dulcimer, Imholte plays Irish jigs, light classical music and his own instrumental compositions. He also sings and plays fiddle, guitar, mandolin, banjo, autoharp, cello, mountain dulcimer and jaw harp. Imholte sings songs about farms, small towns and people that make their living on the land. He has released ten CDs of hammered dulcimer instrumentals, children’s music and farm songs. A native of St. Cloud, he performs at festivals and concerts throughout the United States.

His performances are always colorful but never off-color as he presents exciting facts about the “King of Rock and Roll” and connects his audience with humorous stage bits.

A man of many talents, Tom Strohmyer, known professionally as “Woody,” has been entertaining audiences, ages one to one hundred, since 1983, playing guitar, keyboards, saxophone, trumpet, flute, singing in various bands and as a solo performer. A Lunch Bunch favorite, Woody is a one-person variety show offering different musical styles delivered both instrumentally and vocally. He is also a juggler and magician who can shoot the bull while keeping five balls aloft simultaneously. Be prepared to be entertained by this performance.
