The annual heritage project at East Bethel Elementary School has fourth grade students take a deeper dive into their family history. The students are tasked with interviewing a family member, creating a family tree and learning more about what countries their ancestors came from.
All the information gathered is placed on a poster or poster board and then put on display in the hallway and in the 4th grade pod area. Some students commented that they enjoyed learning more about their family history and interviewing their family members.
