Four open seats for the St. Francis Area Schools School Board were on the ballot in the general election held Tuesday, Nov. 5. Elected board members will take office on the first Monday of January 2025 and serve until January 2029.
Results on election night are unofficial until approved by the canvassing board. The meeting to confirm the election results of the SFAS School Board is scheduled for Tuesday, November 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the District Office.
Unofficial election results, according to the Minnesota Secretary of State website, are as follows:
Jake Humphrey, 6,928 votes (15.12%)
Rob Schoenrock, 5,699 votes (12.43%)
Andrea Anson, 4,986 votes (10.88%)
Chad Working, 4,944 votes (10.79%)
Thomas H. Hall, 4,824 votes (10.53%)
Ashley R Metz, 4,182 votes (9.12%)
Jeff Blake, 3,945 votes (8.61%)
Kwadwo Osei, 3,563 votes (7.77%)
Karen Costello, 3,378 votes (7.37%)
Matt Beukema, 3,169 votes (6.91%)
Write-in, 215 votes (0.47%)
St. Francis Area Schools is nestled in the woods and fields of northern Anoka County and southern Isanti County.
